How many of you guys have an actual playbook, where you have exact plays as an output, something like Output: HB Slam I formation. . Or do the majority of the people just set up a somewhat basic AI where outputs like: (Short Pass, Long Pass, Outside Run.. Etc) are called instead of the first one.

I am just wondering what the best way to organize an AI is, and what the benefits of this type of playbook is, aside from the obvious of having more control over the situaiton.

I think its always best tp set specific plays to give you the most control over whats happening. Then when you scout your opponent it gives you more control to exploit weaknesses. It takes a while to set up, but it's worth it.

We have many saved playbooks, that we start with based on what the scouting report is on the team we are facing. Then we make adjustments to exploit favorable matchups.
