I apologize in advance if this has been covered a lot.

Is the Dime cover 0 a good defense to run against the 5WR set? If so, who can I blitz without leaving someone open using that defense?

Any suggestions or advice shutting down the 5WR would be appreciated.

you better have safeties that can play like corners or else you will get toasted, also i would make sure you dont play close/aggressive as there would be no help

a safer bet would probably be a cover 1 man under

Great. I'll try the Dime cover 1 man under, blitzing the LB.

You can blitz CB3, CB5, and MLB and still have single coverage on everyone. It's risky, as a previous poster noted, because you have your safeties one-on-one against WR and no one playing deep.

I run the 3-1-7 quarter set. Depends on your personel. Do you have 5 CB's? If yes get them on the WR's. It's way better than having a LB try to cover a WR.

From this set I like to blitz the MLB because th WR's all covered. Cover 0 or 1 if you want to challenge the recievers or Cover 2 if you are worried about the long pass.

I only have 4 CB's.

IMO, the coverage shell doesn't matter much since safety play sucks ass in GLB anyway, but matching up CBs to WRs is important if you don't have safeties built more like corners.

Normally, I would recommend this play:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=312366&pbp_id=6370618

With the Uber nerfing of DE's, however, the ROT can now block a DE and 2 CB's, even when one of the CB's gets by him.

Brutal.

Sometimes you can use your backup FS as CB, If he is build correct.

Yes, this what i do. One of my FS is the 3rd fastest on my team so I put him starting 3rd CB.
