So there were actually a couple of games worth talkin about, but in the end the favorites are still the winners. Strong showing by Emmaus definitly caught the eye of the league and the voter can't help but think this year may be more competitive than first thought.

1. Bronx - Came from behind in the fourth quarter to win going away, and the game was much closer than the score indicates. Touchdowns win games not field goals and Emmaus learned that lesson today. We shall see as the season progresses whether or not this is an indicator of Emmaus' strength or Bronx weakness. Either way Bronx is still the #1 by virtue of their performance throughout the season and their talent level.

2. Port Moody - Killed a CPU team by a good score and they keep the momentum going into their showdown with Atlanta in 2 games time. The usual suspect on Port Moody led their team to the win again and they look very impressive to this point in the season. Still need to face good competition to gauge their true team, but thats coming.

3. Teikoku - Beatdown a Thundertown squad that has now lost 3 straight games to playoff competition, and beat them in a similar score to the one Bronx did. Whitesquall is beast and is right up there in any discussions about MVP. The Alexander's defense is still a little suspect, but they are a team clearly deserving a #3 ranking.

4. Victoria - Demolished a lvl 20 laden Yancy squad not even allowing TD. Creating turnovers and a dynamic offense have helped Victoria to some big wins over some terrible teams in route to gettting that chemistry back in time for the late season push. Still have a few more bad teams before a couple of good ones later this week.

5. Atlanta - Beat a slow build team down to a no build team. Continue to impress in their big wins and have their eyes on the next 3 games as they go to face Emmaus, Port Moody and Victoria to find out what they are really made of.

6. Emmaus - Had a great lookin defensive game but couldn't convert offense into touchdowns and lost to Bronx by a very respectable score. Having beat all the lesser competition the mission now turns to beating a team like Atlanta to see if they are top 4 ready.

7. Thundertown - Lost to Teikoku in a game that was never really close. They do appear to have the talent to compete so a late season push is not out of the question.

Season has gone scripted so far but the next few games provides some great matchups to last eveeryone until the end of the season and the cracking games we have ahead of us.

Game of the Week:
5-0-0 Bronx Black Flags vs. 5-0-0 Teikoku Alexanders

Okay football fans, grab a tasty beverage and your popcorn cause the REAL football is about to start! Whitesqual is from another planet...non-human...probably a machine, which means he's DAMN good! His spell off relief isn't too bad either...these guys love to run! But they will be running into all world DE Cracken Head, who scares the piss out of me and he's just a computer generated player...he's that good! Bronx will be looking to bring death in the Death Bowl for this game, but to do this they will have to force the Alexanders to go with their still untested passing game. Who will win this battle?

Prediction: The black flag turns white
Score: Bronx 21 Teikoku 28

good job on the write up. The low score against Thundertown was a mistake on my behalf. I was testing a few things out on the first and third quarter. Wont be doing that mistake against the flags.

our defensive coordinator's laptop broke during the off season so he doesn't get on to do thing very often but for bronx we'll need him to get his ass on and defensively coordinate lol we've been looking forward to rematching bronx since last season, this should be fun lets c what this DE is made of i haven't faced a great defense this season yet so im hoping to learn how to improve from this however maybe it is time for our passing game to shine who knows it should be interesting to c what happens

im surprised u predicted us to win coach RW i thought u would have gone for bronx lol since bronx have let -206 rushing yards this season so far, that doesn't look good for us if ur looking at how our game plans have been so far lol

also looking forward to emmaus vs atlanta since they're both dark horses in this league lets c who's better it could turn out to be a really good game but i think our game vs bronx wont be close we'll either do great or terribly

o yeh fetialis we've yet to c anything to make u the best HB but jtrav21 seemed confident u'll be my competition this year but maybe u'll do better than me against the real teams, a reliable steady type

Thanks for the #1 ranking again this week, even if we only get it because of alphabetical order We want to take some leasons away from the hornets and apply them to Teikoku. This game will show us what we are made of

Yes he is...but it helps that you get targeted for passes 50 times a game and that the sim starts to even out the teams as the blow out begins...
