Right I'm now looking at the front page and over half of the topics have nothing to do with teams, besides the fact that someone wants to buy or GM one.

This is a serious question. I'm not just giving you a hard time. Where would you want us to post? Logic would dictate that if this is where teams list looking for gm's, then this is where we would post our desire to be a gm. The same with the sale of teams.
