Why is the 5th CB doing not standing so he is covering his man?

The same play cost my Defense to Give a TD later in the game, because of the same error!:-(

Your underneath coverage is set to zone isn't it?

Yep, it is. and it's allready changed to Man.

I seem to have some trouble stopping those 3rd and long situations. My opponents are getting 15 to 20 yard passes completed way to easy on 3rd down. Could it help putting the Secondary a bit deeper and should underneath coverage then be set to zone instead of man coverage?
