OP, gear rankings are completely subjective. A guy at the 10 cap of agility might find a +1 to agility piece of far more benefit than a +1 Jump catch, +2 catching piece.
I encourage people to look at it on a cost savings benefit. Plan out your build and see where the AEQ fits in.
If you plan on taking Jump Catch to 10, a piece of JC AEQ that can be upgraded 3 times will save you from having to invest in the 8th, 9th and 10th level up of JC- a savings of 14 SP. If you get a piece with Juke, but don't plan on putting SP in Juke, it would only be worth about 7 SP after 3 upgrades of Juke. AEQ is just like EQ value wise, the attributes/SAs should complement your best attributes. That is why you see people putting basic equipment in 1 or 2 of their higher attributes rather than spreading it out over their lower ones, the return is greater. So, don't use a piece of equipment just because it looks valuable, use it because it is valuable in YOUR build.
