3:1 speed/agility is a huge difference. Like a WR with 90 speed and 30 agility, that would be awful. 3:2 might be ok, but I'd prefer more agility than that even.
At level ten you should be working toward getting at least 3:1 speed. If you have it, you should be working toward either 2:1 agi or 4:1 speed. lol Ratios are not important when you're that low.
PS: You can't say what's best with an extremely limited sample size.

But when you are really high level, 69 speed and 69 agility is best, with equipment on speed (maybe not all, but definitely most)
Evidence?
Do you recommend 69 speed, 60 agility? 69 is as high as most people go. Obviously you could go higher, but 4 for 1 point isn't worth it to many people.
You said 69/69 was best, then asked if someone would rather go 69/60. Why would anyone PREFER having 9 less points in an attribute unless it was spent elsewhere?

I'm sure everyone will tell you 90/70, but it depends on if you're building him speed or possession. Both are good IMO. My personal preference is 85/75. Just enough speed, with hella-good agility to dance around corners.

I'd say 90/70 just because if you're that committed to speed, you might as well go all the way. I think 70 agility should be plenty to do all of the cutting you need. Especially at that level.
