I softcapped my DE's Agility and Speed and vision is at 29. Should I go to the 2ndcap 61 on both of those attributes or go ahead and softcap vision 1st.

2nd cap primaries first, you want to maximize those gains.

what do you think the right level of vision is for high 30 / low 40 DT and DE's?

I'll concentrate on speed/agility to 68. On vision I've just heard to up it some and than start pumping sp's into tunnel vision.

yeah up it some, but not that early. you should worry about vision when you're ready to round out your build. Probably not sooner than level 32 but I would train it a long the way. Putting points into it that early is setting you behind.
