Good grief, "I want an undefeated team, I want starter position, I want to bankrupt the team with my salary and bonuses, I want, I want, I want..." No "I" in Team people. That's why so many that really want to play this game, and own a team, are creating their own players to fill up the roster. I have a really good group of guys, I might get two, nicely worded complaints a season. I'm lucky by the sounds of things.

same thing i did with akron (under construction)... got sick of the BS while being undefeated at 10-0...did a fire sale and started slow building with friends.. it will be worth it in the long run... would rather spend the time throwing the bull on ventrilo game planning when we are good enough in a couple seasons than fighting with idiots every day
