Hey Guys

As most team owners are aware of (and most agents in the proleague are as well), there is a top 25 proleague leam list released every week. However as it is only early season and a lot has happened, who do you believe is the stronger teams in this league that should be considered for the top 25. Don't bother giving a list of ten or so teams, anyone can do that, I want to know what people believe are the very top three or four teams and why,

I will then show the committee everyones beliefs there, otherwise all they are getting is mine and Joebarber's opinion. If your interested in joining the committee, forming rankings and talking about all the proleagues, then ask Sam Bolster for an invite into the committee forum.

Something to start everyone off, my opinion.

Berlin Ballers are still the strongest team, however Korb is no longer the second best team. Teams I would consider are the 3-0 teams, however most of them don't challenge themselves except BFM and E-City. Graz also manages to defeat London Monarchs, but on that feat alone, I wouldn't consider them. Korb and Stockholm lost to a strong BFM, but Stockholm still has a way to go and Korb need to lift to the next level (But both will lift by the end of the season, no doubt).

If I had to give a list of teams to be considered, it would be

Berlin Ballers
E-City Mercenaries
Black Forest Mercenaries
Kor Destroyers

Everyone else are just top 50 or so teams and don't deserve to be considered for the upcoming ranking (done each Sunday).

So what are your opinions?

I agree that we arenīt there yet (Graz Grizzlies) but out of alpha you should not forget Black Watch (rather than E-City in my opinion) and I think that Paris Dream Bolts will surprise some people (even though they havenīt played the big ones yet so itīs to early to put them into the list).

It's too early in the season to go by results yet. All players haven't boosted, GMs are playing around with the PB and so on.
These teams are the ones I think have a shot at the trophy.

Monarchs, Jacks and BW in alpha.

Ballers & Korb in Zeta.

Don't know much about the new teams though...

And I think the Meatballs at least deserve some thought. I don't know enough outside of this league for a real ranking, but they seem to at least be in the discussion.

BFM have certainly impressed.....obviously their matchup with Berlin will indicate how far they have come.

The problem with most teams is that they just focus on this league, they don't scrimmage teams out of this league. Unless they do freakily well in WEPL this season, they won't be considered.

Tough games and consistant results are what people are looking for. People are considering WEPL as a tougher league each year, unfortunately it's just hard seperating the top till the playoffs.

EDIT: Sadly Black Watch is just a solid team, they lose the games when they matter the most and win everything else. They just need to find a way to lift a few extra levels.

No offense to the teams we played so far, but you can't really say that we have beaten anyone yet during the season. None of those three teams have proven yet that they can be contenders. They might be, but that remains to be seen. Ok, preseason wins against Korb and BFM might count for your list as well, but please wait at least until we faced Woodridge before you try to put us on any such list. By then we will have played two EE Pro teams as well, if we are still unbeaten after those three games then maybe, just maybe, we'd be worthy of being mentioned in that context. Before then? We might have just gotten lucky and faced some favorable matchups. Of course that does not mean we'd refuse any challenge by other leagues top teams

after we hand OFG a beating of a lifetime today we are top 5 team imo...

the key is you guys have got to get out and start scheduling scrimmages amongst the other leagues if you think you are ready. (one reason the Pimps haven't scheduled a ton yet).

Rotterdam has done an EXCELLENT job of this so far this season.
Berlin is playing probably the hottest team in GLB today in MEM.

yeah guys its not hard at all, send an invite and your done. IF they declin, you call them a bitch ass pussy and they will then accept.

Been doing exactly that the last few seasons, check which teams we played Hard to send challenges though with three open friendlies, and I doubt any of the top teams would actively challenge us. I'll see to arrange a few more onve we have our 3 games in 25 hours stretch behind us.
