Sure does seem that way. It's a shame they are one of the most sucessful USA PRO teams. If it's true, Good luck guys.

Yup, the team's breaking up and I'm just deciding if I want to get it dropped to the bottom league and use for development or if I want to sell. I figure I can take a few days to decide that part.
We've been teetering since before last season (as Serenity knows, she was there
). I just don't have the time/energy to do the offense every other day anymore, it's too much for me.
We tried to get GMs in there who we knew and trusted to help out bue mostly due to lack of time, all were not able to really cut it at a US Pro level.
Tpat was also doing the defense mostly by himself for quite some time and it really took a toll. As tough as it was for me to do offensive tactics, it took even longer for him to do the defense in a way that had us playing at a high level. And that really just got to the point of being too much early this season as well.
I was considering just going cruise control for the season out of fairness to the league, but, well, we have 1 win and, sorry to the "other" Philly team, but it wasn't against a real contender or anything. So it won't really affect standings.
As for what I knew more people will be interested in, the players:
Everyone is being traded wherever they want for min cash as they find new teams. DO NOT SEND ME OFFERS FOR PLAYERS WITHOUT TALKING TO THEM FIRST. Unless the agent tells me your offer is the one they want to accept, I'm not accepting the trade.
Many of us found homes for our guys last night, it looks like at least some of us will still be in US Pro (my LB is joining Galk's team out in the West and my CB is joining K-Zoo in the East, my FB leaving US Pro, and my Guard is either going to also go to Galk's team as well or I'm not sure where yet) so some of us will still be around.
And finally, the touchy-feely part: it's been a great time being an owner of a team who has been able to stay near the top for this long, it's let me meet some great people who I hope to cross paths with again in the future and I really hope everyone on the team finds a good home to go to from here.

I've been seeing that a lot w/ high-level teams folding. It almost gets to the point where you need a multiple OCs and DCs to get the job done. It's just too much work at this high of a level for an owner and 2-3 GMs anymore.
Sucks to see one of the originals go. They were one of our first games in the Pros last season.

OH HI THERE SERENITY.
Sucks to see the pushovers go. Especially before we got to play them.

I don't buy this excuse at all. I run my team completely by myself and always have. I do all the scouting, OC and DC work with no help at all.
It doesn't take a lot of time, but of course, it is relative to how much free time you have and how much you are willing to invest in the game.

The funny thing is that I DON'T do anything. I just mesmerize you with my thrust.

Sorry to see you go. Here I was thinking I had to use a basic AI because we were meeting for real later in the season...
Oh and to all those vultures already circling my inbox: The Continentals are hiring not gutting. I assure you that Philadelphia will be represented in USA Pro for a long time to come.
