Ah hell, I don't even know where to begin or how to rank teams. Things are so topsy turvy after this week, especially in the West where the #2 and #3 teams fell. One things for sure, this is shaping up to be a VERY interesting season. This is a "quick" version as I have some work to do for a change.

West

1. Monmouth Evil Monkeys 3-0 - beat up on Dallas 41-14 to bring the Orangebloods record to 0-3. I guess I'm not the only team feeling the USA Pro welcoming blues.

Up next: at the #4 2-1 Lincoln Navigators

2. San Francisco Fire 2-1 - had a surprisingly easy time with South Bay winning 45-16. It was 17-16 at the half but the Fire pulled away late in the 3rd.

Up next: at the 0-3 Kaneohe Daggers

3. Las Vegas Freebirds 3-0 - nothing to be seen here as the Freebirds played the Penguins. The result was a predictable 234-0.

Up next: at the 0-3 Dallas Orangebloods

4. Lincoln Navigators 2-1 - in the upset of the week, the Navigators shocked the Hurricane Warriors 37-30. Probably because Honolulu decided to pass as many times as they ran. Shocking. What's even more shocking is that Lincoln threw FOUR INT's and still won. Lincoln's stay in the Hazy 10 will be short lived, but ya'll earned it for one week.

Up next: at home against the #1 3-0 Monmouth Evil Monkeys

5. Honolulu Hurricane Warriors 2-1 - they'll bounce back. Can't win em all right?

Up next: at the 1-2 South Bay Spartans

Others considered: Oklahoma City Thunderstorm 3-0, Minnesota Marauders 3-0, Richmond Rebel Yell 2-1, Parma Burglars 2-1, Bourbon Street Bullies 2-1

East

1. Cincinnati Shockers 3-0 - Cincy was up 6 on the Gamblers with 10 minutes left in the game and Las Vegas at their 12 yard line threatening to take the lead. An interception and subsequent 7 1/2 minute scoring drive put the game away as the Shockers won 22-13. Clash this week with the #4 unbeaten Bullets.

Up next: at the #4 3-0 Washington Bullets

2. Green Bay Maulers 3-0 - Maulers had no problems with the Mudcats winning by 55. The Red Wolves should be a bit tougher.

Up next: at the 1-2 Rhode Island Red Wolves

3. ***Official*** Footballguys 3-0 - OFG's continued their impressive beginning in USA Pro winning a 17-9 squeaker against the Pushovers. One thing is for sure... they'll be 4-0 after this week.

Up next: at home against the 0-3 Doomsday Sin

4. Washington Bullets 3-0 - no surprise here as the Bullets dismantled the Sin 208-0. A win this week will firmly entrench this team as one of the early favorites.

Up next: at home against the #1 3-0 Cincinnati Shockers

5. Kalamazoo Coyotes 2-1 - again, no surprise here as the Coyotes exterminated the Termites 167-0. A much tougher test this week as they take on the 2-1 Flyin' Elvis.

Up next: at home against the 2-1 Las Vegas Flyin' Elvis

Others considered: Orlando Pirates 3-0

Thanks for doing the rankings.

Yeah, I can't believe we had 4 picks and still lost. Just a crazy game. Missing 25 tackles certainly didn't help either. I'm sure Larry Smith is just licking his chops right now.

Interesting to see SFF jump up to #2. While I dont agree with it all, the effort is always appreciated.

So let me get this straight. The Lincoln Navs throw a big fit about not getting respect and they jump into the top 5. I realize they beat an almost unbeatable team, but I feel they should have one more test before we lump them into the top 5 IMO.

I dunno, beating a team that was 18-0 in the regular season in USA Pro kinda earns a little respect. I wouldn't worry about it, like I said in my write up, their stay there will be short lived (and I knew this, which is why I went ahead and gave them a small nod of respect for beating Honolulu) as they face Monmouth this week, and sorry Lincoln... you have no shot.

The Monkeys are more than a handfull but I think we will give them a game. We give up 4 turnovers in this one let alone even 3 and there won't be a shot in hell it will even be close. Either way I am satisfied just being able to compete with the best.

Plz keep leaving us off the list, it will make us work harder . We don't need another let down since I get to passive!

We don't belong in the Top 5 right now. Other teams have proven themselves at this level.

I would like that the Orlando Pirates never makes your list. Nothing personal.

That's the beauty of the Hazy power 10. It's just one man's opinion.
