Game #1 : Port Moody PAIN
Looks like we're back to square one this second season. Got blown away again but nice to see that we help our opponent to double digits. I can't believe the speed of those DE and MLB.

Result: Loss (0 - 94)

Game #2 : Tucson Turtles
This feels nice! A win early in the season. Match up was basically the same as in my team's first game but this time in reverse.
Running game looks fine, looks like I gotta tweak my passing game in preparation for a possible close game against the Bullmastiffs!

Game #3 : Council Crest Bullmastiffs
I can't believe we lost this one. We had the advantage in sacks (2 to 0), Interceptions (2 to 0), better passing yards (265.5 to 211) and total net yards (361.5 to 340). And they beat us on one stat, rush yards (96 to 129). Damn!!! But kudos to the Bullmastiffs to winning the game their defense held up in the furious last minute and forty five seconds of the game.

Result: Loss (27 - 31)

Very good game. I'm looking forward to the rematch in next week's scrimmage.

One thing to note is that after both of our interceptions we forced you guys to punt, and one the sacks came on a TD drive. So those ended up not being as big of factors in the game as they could have been.

On thing that's annoying is that with a chance to run the clock out, my team threw the ball twice, giving you the ball back with a chance to win. Our OC is adjusting our sets now in order to protect a late lead by running out the clock.

Yeah I know those interceptions while very nice we didn't capitalize on them. We should've score at least 2 field goals on those INTs.

I loved the fact that you still passed the ball twice instead of running out the clock. Too bad we still didn't capitalize on them.

I noticed that on the last minute when we had to gain that one yard to get the first down instead of rushing or making a short pass play we tried a medium pass play. That's now fixed.

I can't wait for the revenge match! He he he he...

Just don't try to pass too much to SiC McNasty side because that will end up as PD or INT. He's a terrific corner back.

But still its one of those really good games to watch. Each side really played well.

Well, I checked the Offensive AI and there is now a "run out the clock" play where the QB takes a knee...so no more of that throwing with a late lead nonsense!

Game #4 : Gold Hill Black Death
Played a CPU team that is surprisingly its team rating is just 27 but their average player level is 22. I don't know how GLB rates a team of CPU but I guess it should be a bit higher than that.

Well to make the story short, we got our second win to go back at .500.

Now of to back to back to back really tough games against the top tier teams here in the Western Conference.

Result: Win (91 - 28)

Game #5 : Camp David Commander-in-Chiefs
Played against a team that usually runs their QB. The blocking was really good but our both our QBs got sacked multiple times. Chalk up all those sacks to a faulty offense AI where it kept on getting called up again and again. Could've been a little bit closer if not for those sacks that resulted into additional quick ball possession back to Camp David.

Their defense was also good stopping our offense from making those big plays; although we did get to pass the ball where I thought a few of them would've been big pass plays. Running game disappeared maybe because of numerous call for 5WR plays.

Although the end result was a lose, I'm still seeing a big improvement on our team. Just need a couple of those big plays and we should come up big in one of these tough tough games.

Its now time to play Gotham Crusaders, we hope we can give these guys a better match.

Game #5: Gotham Crusaders
Mixed results here. I tried implementing a new AI for both defense and offense with little room for testing it. And even though the score was a one sided one, it doesn't reflect the fact that we gave these guys a good game. A few runs and passes wouldn't have resulted in TD's had my guys had better levels (builds are good enough for their current levels). Game day highlights.

But great game by Gotham, they were too strong for my young team but we're almost getting there. If my guys can get a few big plays in there, we may just pull off an upset this season.

Well as predicted by Rebanda Mendagraph, this was a blowout game. Too bad my team didn't score 200 points.
There's no glory in winning against a very weak team. Now time to prepare against Nic Cage.
