+3 Throwing +5% Pass Distance

+3 Strength +5% Pass Quality

i'd definitely go for the +3 Strength +5% Pass Quality. Load it up with throwing as you upgrade and you'll have a rad piece of Eq.

pass quality has helped me A LOT. go with that. my pass quality equip is up to 11%
