OK so lets say I want to create and input that will go for it on 4th down only if we are outside of FG range.
I have it set to fire when it is only 4th down, ball between the opponent goal and opponent 45, yards to 1st is 0 to 3 score difference is 21 and -100.
Which does the special Circumstance need to be., Whithin FG range or Outside FG range.
