Do you get enough playing time for max experience if you play exclusively on KOS and KRS?

i've had under-leveled players who played both sides of special teams and were 3rd on depth at a position who didn't get max exp... so my feeling is probably not.

My level 41 DT gets max xp from about 17 plays. I hope that helps somehow.
