I find it a little ambiguous with the term "at least 50% in power" or "elusive" so does this mean setting the slider to 0 will trigger both, given that you have committed 50% of your efforts to both, or does it mean your slider has to be skewed by at least 50 to either side?

I'm not sure if this has been answered somewhere I could not find it with a quick look.

Does slider value 0 = 50% elusive and 50% power?

Just a follow up, I found some comments in the stickied thread, although there is no official word there. Is there an official word somewhere that +-50 = 50%?

nope, Slider on -50 is 50% power,
and slider on +50 is on 50% elusive.
You can't use both at the same time.
