How come only 3 of the 5 minor skills will change from 10 to 9 or 8?



i cant get the 5 minors to be all 8s...only 3 of the 5...its retarded...


am i the only person with this problem? i rolled like 100 times before giving up...throwing and blocking stay at 10...


do star players not get to roll like the other players? my MLB and Guard i had no problems with.

It is impossible to get less than 10 in throwing or blocking for a HB.

i was thinking that i wasted a roll when i made my guy due to frusteration i gave in.
