Don't listen to people that tell you to cap it. What a waste. get it to about 35-40 and you're golden.

I kind of agree. I haven't capped my vision yet and I've had no problems. Although I am training it to the cap so it will be there eventually. I'm just not going to put any SPs into it because I feel they can be better used elsewhere.

Id like to hear more on this.

Ive got 20 SP to pass out. I can holdem till I have enough to cap vision, which was my thought. Or, as 2 have agreed with here, I can 2nd cap agility and dump rest some where else. What has bort said vision does for DTs? I know high STR seems futile with Olineman with 80+ at my DTs lvl.

regardless of what people think you still need to push agility to 68 asap and worry about vision etc after

my dt has 31 vision. My D.E. has 38 vision. I don't really see a need to raise them at this point. maybe later.

How is he getting better. you still can't get sacks. my d.t. has 6 in the last two games with 31 vision.

The worst Low vision will do is make you miss a vision check a couple times a game. once it hits 30 you're chances of passing the vision check dramatically increase. and once you hit 40, you're at about 95 percent passing rate. Why cap it and waste those S.p's?

Maybe because I'd rather use 9 SPs to get an attribute up 9 points rather than use 9 SPs to get an attribute 2 or 3 points? I mean, I'm not trying to be an ass, but it's really more about efficiency and value for me. That extra 5% can mean the difference between getting pancaked and getting a sack.

good, then go cap vision. have fun.
Low vision won't get you pancaked.

Low vision means you don't jump the snap. Meaning you stand more of a chance of being pancaked because the OLineman gets more time to set up to block you. If you jump the snap, you catch the OL off guard and he won't knock you down.

I agree. I'd rather just train my vision to the cap and use the SPs for more important skills.

No low vision means you won't pass the check at the snap. At 31 vision my guy fails that maybe twice a game. and last game he had 11 tackles 4 of which were sacks and 5 of which were tackle for loss. I am not sitting there thinking my vision is too low right now.
Vision isn't as important as people make it out to be. Why would I want to raise vision from 31 to 49 wasting 18 sp's for a chance to pass vision checks at the snap more. And even at capped vision you can fail it.

Here is Thor Asgard failing his first vision check of the game. I had to go into the second quarter to find it. but it resulted in a sack anyway.
