I am going to boost x3 and I was looking for advice on where to put the points, I am the #1 CB and KR/PR on team

what are your base numbers without equipment?

1) Raise speed, agility, vision each to a natural 60.
2) Move equipment onto speed or speed/agility. It's not normally a good idea to spread it around like that.
3) Don't invest in anymore SAs until level 30+, but I wouldn't do it until all of your base stats are higher.

Not a good idea to be #1 CB and KR/PR. Need to move all equipment into speed/agility, but mostly speed. Your agility needs to be a lot higher. 2nd cap should be the minimum. Softcap vision. Train confidence and carrying and strength and tackling. SA are not a good idea untill you get the basics done.
