Wrong forum - Trading Block.

I generally find that players would will sign based on an offer only are not the long-term type. Hence, we do PMs only to start (and we can't have pending offers out to everyone we PM). It takes longer to land someone, but nets better agents. That's why you're getting PMs w/o offers, I'm sure.
