Would it be possible for you to give us an idea of who to forward complaints of favoritism and rule changing regarding promotions/relegations to since Bort doesn't have a direct box and support is..... less than useful?

Randy did circumvent GLB rules that are written in stone and screwed over a lot of people in the process, not to mention his constant bullying of agents in the league. Start there.

Exaclty, why dont you go ahead and PM Bort those rules. Make him abide by them.
