heaviest possible is 220. lighest is probably something like 180? not sure on the min.

ATO's 6'1" @ 214 lbs. I've got a rushing FB who's a bowling ball at 5'11" and 222 lbs.

It took forever for me to get an ideal strength roll with my HB being 6'2" and 220lbs. I can honestly say, it hasn't done much. Still nice to know my HB is big, heavy, and strong though.

Probably want a short, heavy back for a powerback.
