Hey guys, I will be doing the power rankings for the season for the Eastern Conference. I will try to make it as fair as possible and fun for all of us. I will only be doing "reports" on the top four teams for right now. Later, I may extend it to six or so. But for right now, I am only doing reports on the top four.

EASTERN CONFERENCE PRE-SEASON POWER RANKINGS

1. New Jersey Revolution (0-0)

With a strong overall team, the Revolution may be the team to beat this season. They have an extremely strong offense with a good QB, a great RB, and a great receiving core. Their defense isn't anything to overlook though. They are a strong defense in every position. The Revolution's probably main concern is their depth. They have a few CPU players on the team that could hurt them in the 2nd half.

2. Kentucky Bootleggers (0-0)

The Bootleggers are probably the best team in the conference. Their biggest concern is probably the multiple in-actives they have on the team. They have 13 in-actives, seven on defense, six on offense. But they have the highest level of players in the conference. They have quite a few Level 40+ players on the team which makes them dangerous.

3. Windy City Express (0-0)

Yes, this is my team and I think we are going to be a very good team this season. We have a real strong offense with a great QB and two great RB's. Our receiving core is also very good and we have a very strong offensive line. On defense, we have a really good defensive line, a solid line-backing core, and a very good secondary. I hope we can will it all this season.

4. Sin City Saints (0-0)

The Saints are obviously one of the better teams in the conference. They seem to have great game-planning and they are always dangerous when you play them. They don't have any CPU players on the team and they only have a few in-actives. If I guess correctly, the Saints and the Bootleggers may be the top two passing teams in the league. The Saints have a very good QB with a solid receiving core. They play a 3-4 defense and have one of the best DE in the conference, Buck Ditkus.

5. Dirty South Brew Crew (0-0)
6. St. Louis Assassins (0-0)
7. Chesapeake Sea Serpents (0-0)
8. The Kansas City Fockers (0-0)
9. Brigantine Greenheads (0-0)
10. Detroit Kiss-My-Anthians (0-0)
11. Alex's Ball Minions whoop whoop (0-0)
12. Viridian Vanguards (0-0)
13. Georgia Storm (0-0)
14. Sugar Land Silver Scorpions (0-0)
15. Syracuse Hitmen (0-0)
16. Nashville Crushers (0-0)

There are the pre-season rankings. Hope to see some comments from most of the teams!

Thanks for doing this, even my team (Hitmen) won't be involved this season I always find these type of things a fun read.

Thanks for reading. But don't worry about your team. It may be a tough season but don't worry. My team was a gutted team last season but if you go out and sign guys who just want to have some fun, things will work out for you. Good luck to you guys this season.

Really great job with this. Nice synopses of the the top 4 teams.

Also, no harm in putting your own team up there. The roster shows that you guys have signs of definite progression this season.

Thanks, I'm just building for the future this year. If I tried to sign a competitive roster it would just leave me with a poor stadium and no chance in the long-term. I OC for a team where the owner neglected the stadium and we couldn't afford level 24 equipment, never mind the level 32 stuff we need this year. I just didn't want to go down that road.

Nice read, i think top 5 might be a little high for the Brew Crew, but we will make some noise this season, i am going for a 10 win season.

I'm hoping the Sea Serpents put up a good record for their first year...I believe our strength is in our GM's.

No confidence in the Assassins? We might surprise a few this season.

I think the Assassins at #6 in the conference is pretty good. You are a little weak in the secondary which will hurt against throwing teams.

I wouldn't be surprised if you guys did real well this year. You guys killed the Express last season, but then again, we were rebuilding then. But hey, it is just preseason power rankings. It means almost nothing, just like preseason rankings in college football. How many times is it just like that at the end of the season? Never
