Below is an example of how the divisional play would set up(note this is just for the initial set up) Once end of season relegation/promotion/demotion takes place, you just fill in the "new" teams to the league to the vacated spots. I don't see how this is that difficult to accomplish...Playoffs could still involve the 4 divisional winners and the (2or4) teams with the best conference record.

EC East
