Yeah I tried this a while ago and it did not go as planned. I hope to organize it a bit better this year. Here is a quick FAQ.

How do I get into the tournament?
You apply by either PMing me or posting in this thread. If you do that you will be considered. If you notice your team is not on the list then you can PM me again and I will add you.
Is it a first come, first serve kind of tournament?
No not at all. I will take anyone who applys but ultimately I will decide which 32 teams make it into the tournament.
Who decides the seeding?
I do, no commitee involved
Will you have a formula for deciding?
Maybe. I will probably just go with a few other things.
When will you stop taking applicants and finally decide the final bracket?
Once we reach 32 teams, I will give 2 more days for any interested teams. I will then take 2 days to determine the bracket. From thier on the tourney will play out.
What if a team refuses to play a game or just forgets they are in the tourney?
I will send them a PM reminding them to schedule thier games. However, in the 1st round if one team bows out then the first team on the replacement list fills that spot. In rounds 2-4 then that team will surrender. If for some odd reason a team in the championship quits then the 3rd place winner fills the spot
What happens if two teams tie?
Just re schedule the game.
