He has not spent a single SP or TP and has been racking up the TPs since the end of last season's regular season. He has 14 TPs and will use them anywhere as well as 15 SPs that will be spent to the liking of the owner/GMs
EDIT: I also have experience as a recruiter, finance advisor, and can provide valuable insight into gameplans even though I wont be doing the AI
