The build should be open. I boost and have custom equipment. I also haven't spent my Vet points yet so you can have a say where my boosts and vet points go.

In my opinion, this Guard is my best build. Even though just a level 32, he blows most higher level 30 builds out of the water. My future plan is to keep working on speed and agility to get them both to the 3:1 cap, but as I said, you can have a say on what I do from here.

I'll release him so he can sign with a team.

Just as an FYI to all, it's all predicated on me bringing in a new Guard to replace mine. The deal hasn't gone through yet, so once it does, I'll then try to make a decision on where I'll move him to.
