I'm trying to gauge the importance of what level you are.

Let's say you're a FS. Would you rather be at level 27 with a vision of 52? Or, would you rather be at level 28 with a vision of 49?

I know people put alot of stock in boosting and I know climbing levels is important, but in the above scenario, which one would be better, or would it make that much difference?

Definitely the first one, although it isn't that big of an issue.

In this scenario, if you're comparing two different FS's, it would really boil down to what their other attributes / SA's are.

A difference of 3 vision isn't life or death either way.

Level, in and of itself, really means nothing. It's the way the attributes are spent.

I think what he's trying to ask is: are attributes greater than levels? And yes they are. Highest level should never start by default, best build should always start. Stats are everything, levels mean nothing if the build is bad.
