We are NOT doing league swaps this season since it has caused such a big headache every time we have done it in the past. However, you can still request to be flagged for demotion to the bottom level, or down one level, if your team is a slow build team or can't hack it at their level. Don't request demotion if you came in 8th or something - that means you're just fine where you are.

You'd better try a different BBB league because this one is probably going to be pretty tough for your team too.
