although I don't think it's worth much more than a few extra bucks a day at the moment, it seems from reading the wiki, and FAQ that players in our league exceeding level 35 will be penalised due to that being above the recommended level for this league.

Does anyone else think 35 is low for a median range? perhaps the cpu teams are skewing the average with a high number of low level players?

wow, I thought most of us were above that level....maybe it is a drag down...but like 9 or 10 teams are full of 30+...hmmmm

it's all messed up IMO

it's a shame when teams like us that were young and have spent a few seasons trying to build to get a chance to compete and the players level increases we would be penalized at all.

I agree, last season my team started with a lot of players in their mid-20's to high 20's and it was hard for us to compete. After recruiting this off season and able to get some high level players to compete, they will be penalized. this is unfair to those players and team.

i read somewhere that they recalculate the median levels every so often, perhaps these are still from before last season.

and the fact that they are using the median numbers and not the average while throwing out computer players should help our cause.
