we need to prove to some of these other leagues that we arent as bad as they think, it doesnt look like we are as bad as they say, when i am recruiting, i have heard alot of things about they ant to be in a more competitive league, and have even heard a joke about how bad EE Pro is, i am going after any big name team that i can

What can you do when there are a number of owners who would rather sabotage your league than improve it? On a yearly basis?
Just read the forums, look how much grief Ive got for wanting to improve the league and move up teams like yours for the past 3 seasons instead of having stupid games where one team wins 200-0.
But there are teams that would rather that and rather point out all that is wrong with the world than do something about it. There are just those people, complainers instead of do'ers.
Glad that you are here trying to do something, but honestly ... league "rep" is more about advertising than it is about actual team quality. WEPL has as much talent as CPL for example, but you will never hear WEPL repping their league like CPL goes on and on about theirs.

The biggest problem EEPro faces is a near limitless quantity of shitty high level builds. EEPro has some advantages over a lot of the other leagues such as USAPRO in that it has a much lower number of nerd virgins.
I think though as teams come up through the leagues and get there players above 40 over the next few seasons the first thing will correct itself.

Actually this is the first year with the team for me and first as defensive advisor. What you see isn't anything compared to what I brought to the table. Wonder why we lost then nearly ran the table this year?? Easy answer
