My plan:
1.cap Speed
2.cap Catching
3.cap Jumping
4.2nd cap speed
Intense train vision/agility and confidence/stamina
All equip will be for speed

It'll be an interesting experiment...I'm not sure it is really a possession build though....you're talking 70+ speed with equipment and 30ish agility

I agree with drakeborn...that in no way represents a possession WR. That's much more like the typical speed WR...you're just changing the order of attributes.

You'll want 2nd capped catching, at least.

Sorry, but softcap catching and speed doesn't give you any idea what type of WR this will be. That is a vanilla base.

If you want a possession WR, agility should be your third thing to cap, not jumping. Agility has more effect on catching (and getting open) than jumping does.

im thinking that the main difference for a possession WR in the sim is to triple cap (+ equip / VA) agility. This will help you get open on the short routes. in my experience, going higher than 50 with catching doesnt make that much difference.

soft cap speed / catching
but focus everything else around agility (including relevant SAs)

ummm..... disregard everything you have said in OP and replace with ... SPEED.... 1st cap... SPEED 2nd cap... SPEED 3rd cap.... then consider other attributes,, LoL so far this game is all about... " you guessed it" .... ~SPEED~!

I do personally like the idea of a speedster (with some decent catching, at least 2:1 and some jump/vis) using possession SAs. Not that the OP said anything like that.
