The Fiji Fire-Walkers' owner and head coach LouisianasFinest was still in shock from the upsetting loss to underdog Ayers Rock Krakins in the first round of the playoffs when much to his dismay, his team slowly folded out from under him. Reporters caught up to him as he was walking his dog in Fiji park this morning and asked for a statement.
He said:
"I'm astounded...really. This past season was my first season, and we clinched a playoff berth. Last time I checked, that's decent. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that half of my team including my GM packed their stuff and left in the middle of the night. Such a major disappointment. I guess pride, honor, and loyalty died back in the dark ages with chivalry."
He refused to comment further
