what is the shift? Can't figure out of it's weak of no shift.

Yeah, it's a cover 2 which leaves the OLB one on one with the TE. That's why the LB'ers are lined up funny.

Weak Side shift. The Lo mans up on the TE so he doesn't move anywhere, but the MLB was moved to create greater pressure off the edge.
