I have a lvl 23 speed rush DE with CE. I boost. My DE last season was in a league going up against players 10-15 lv higher then him. I want to put him on a team where the players are around his lvl. I want to start or be a Primary Backup. I don't need a big Contract, a 1 season recommended salary will do.
