I know he suck. Why else would I make a Topic called "Retire?" i just need a answer of what everybody thinks should be done with him. Retire? or continue on building?

The build is salvageable you just put points into Sa's 2 early. Just put all your eq in either speed or DE and focus on one until you at least get it to the 3rd cap.
