I think it means you can't just arrange to swap leagues with another willing team anymore.

I think it means there is going to be a lot of BBB13 in A7 for S7. Maybe 5-6 teams or more.

If all the teams that are currently CPU get reset and dropped down to BBB, then we have enough teams I think if it's evenly that we should have 5 or 6 teams move up. I would almost hate to move up this way though, since I think the SC is in a great position to win it all next yeah, especially if Hounds and Demonik move up with the Tornadoes and SP.
If you are curious, I think the order for extra promotions is as follows.
Hounds
Demonik (lost due to points scored vs Hounds)
Blaze
Bluehawks (lost due to w/l record to Blaze)
Space Cowboys (lost due to points scored vs Bluehawks)
Badasses (lost due to w/l record to Bluehawks and Space Cowboys)
Then all the round 1 losers in the playoffs get sorted out via thier tie breakers, but I can't imagine it getting past the Badasses.

There are 2 cpu teams in USA AAA#2
There are 5 cpu teams in USA AA#4
There are 3 cpu teams in USA A#7
That means USA BBB#13 should get 3 possibly 4 CPU teams in addition to the normal 2 demotions. Hounds, Demonik and Blaze should get promoted, possibly Bluehawks as well.

Yes indeed! All, meaning your teams, and not mine. We would have to come up with someone new to make predictions though. I nominate someone from the So. Cal Beach Bums to do this.
