I like quick cut too.

Im gonna up quick cut on my high agility back soon, is it a boost to agility or completely separate?

Agility affects your acceleration and your ability to maintain speed while changing direction.

Quick Cut is like having more agility but only for purposes of changing direction.

I plan to know how 3rd capped spd/agi with 9-7-7-9-5 is by roughly the end of the season.

i think they're all effective though. Most people don't have enough agility to even fully utilize juke/spin.
