I have a Center and OT that I would like to keep together. I boost every season. The Center is fully equipped but the OT is not because of current team $ problem. Would like to stay in USA league and Start if possible. Contracts expire season 6 day 40

What's the deal with everyone wanting to be in a USA league? Owners are dispersed enough at this point that every league is a USA league...
