My QB barely puts up anything over 40% against decent teams, and I can't really find anything wrong with him, he's my first QB so I didn't know exactly what I was doing but I do lurk around the forums a lot and read up on what I was supposed to do.

Any help?

P.s. I do own 3 of the 4 WR's on the team, and their builds are no where near done... I think that has something to do with it but I just want to get advice from a decent QB that has some experience first.

I would tend to agree with your assessment of the receivers. You play in a two QB system and the second QB has similar stats to you. Which leads me to believe that when the receivers get better then your QB's completion percentage will improve.

you have a great build. It is probably just your WRs or play calling. Maybe adding a couple to tight spiral would help as it makes it easier for your WR's and TE's to catch it

there is absolutely nothing wrong with you build except stam is a little low for the level.

What are your tactics set at? That maybe your problem. Isn't the team one the first slow build teams? If it is, I doubt it's a build problem with someone on your team unless your WRs are built for run blocking, which might be the case.

Favor Long: Yes
No Favorites

We've experimented with the tactics with the QB's all different ways, however, it still doesn't seem to work out well with the plethora of combinations we've tried.

And Llok, the problem is I own the WR's (so it's not someone elses problem), and I personally know they are no where near done building, and was going to fall back on them as the cause if nothing could be determined.

Stam is low even in a 2 QB system?

We've played with different tactics, aka not favoring long and seen the same results.

I will however, not favor it again and leave everything else the same in our next 2 scrimmage games.
