I just upgraded for the 3rd time AE on two of my players.One piece for Run Block SA and the other Closing Speed SA. The first two times when I upgraded the SA went up one as well. This time it did not. So after two upgrades your SA dosnt go up anymore? You can only add more attributes onto it?

No, the SA upgrades every other time( upgrade 2,4,6,etc.).
