what do you consider a good roll?

For a FS, anything that has 8's in punt/kick/throw at a minimum

This was the roll I kept, except speed was 12 and agility was just 10. I think it was about as high as I could get b/w vision, tackling, speed, and stamina. I did get 8's in punt/kick/throw.

Always look for the triple 8's.

I usually roll till I get the trip 8's and the height/weight I'm looking for.

Yeah, for positions like safeties where you end up having to skill up a zillion different stats, low minimums are definitely better than high maximums.
