There's a thread in the o-line forum. Basically, I'm getting people to post their NON EQUIPMENT stats, and their bars. My goal is to deduce the formulas for how these work using various statistical tools.
A point was brought up that FB have a blocking bar. You guys have important data - high strength, low blocking, which would really increase the accuracy of the model (because o-linemen have the same str/blk, the information in one basically covers the other.. nearly impossible to separate the two in a model).
If you'd like to participate, its pretty simple, I'm just looking for stats, private is fine. I've got no personal motivation for seeing your stats, but a few ppl have preferred to PM me to keep their stats private. I have over 50 participants so far, but expect to need a few hundred to really make any conclusions.
If it works for the o-line overall, and the blocking bar, then I'll extend the project to GLB-wide to try to figure out all the formulas. Then scouting bars WILL mean something :-D
