Why? That piece the OP has two skills that a DE can use. Doesn't "break block" essentially do what "Shed Block" does essentially making it an SA? The only difference is you can build it up outside of the equipment, but with a few upgrades it can be just as good as if not better than any other SA you get.

I would take that piece...
No one really knows how to compare the % to SAs...but I think they are likely very similar to SAs...like 3% break block is probably equivalent to a 1 in shed block.
