Before people completely give up on strength and head toward agility builds (it seems like another thread about this pops up every day) I'd like people with DTs to post their current Strengths here. I see a lot of people losing confidence in strength's value and I am thinking that people's individual conceptions of what "high strength" is could vary anywhere from 20-30 points between users. This obviously creates a problem and people can possibly be forming certain attitudes for all the wrong reasons.
I myself am kind of ultra slow-building a super strong NT. I am using a training-based method of slow building where I'm just training his strength until I have enough SP saved to 5th cap it (5th cap is my target for now). I imagine most DTs of the past have stopped their strength at the 3rd cap, and at the very most went back and added a few points into it while it was still below the 4th cap. The basis behind my build is that you really need to make a huge commitment to strength beyond today's standards to bowl over a Center with any consistency. It's just so easy for O-linemen to keep DTs in check strength-wise.
So if you don't mind people knowing, post your DT/NT's strength here (also specify if it's a DT or NT). I expect to see a huge range. Maybe we can come to some conclusions about what is and isn't working.
