My Vote:

Offensive MVP: RB jason hoppe - give the RBs some love
Defensive MVP: CB Mr Enzo - even against crappy teams 19 INTs is impressive

Offensive MVP: LG Max Mangwelski - Although pancakes are a useless stat, a lot of the Pirates success has come from a dominant O-line that can provide gaps for the HBs.

Defensive MVP: DE Simon Fletcher - Second in the Western Conference in sacks with only having roughly 14 of them coming from complete blowout teams.

Offensive MVP: HB Mark Hannon (Buffalo) - 376 rushing attempts(4th) for 3,857.5 yards(2nd) and 55 TDs(3rd) and a whopping 10.3 yards/rush(1st)

Defensive MVP: DE Wam Bam Thank You Mam (Holly) - 98 Tackles, 58 hurries(3rd) and 37 sacks(5th) while anchoring the leagues best run defense

Offense: QB Rich Wu (Philadelphia) The QB of the #1 ranked passing offense. And if I remember right, he was benched for a game (well, kinda).

Defense: DE Simon Fletcher (San Diego) In a league with great DEs, one thing stands out, his highest sack games were all against playoff teams. That's stepping it up when it was needed.

Simon, if you ever need a home, I will move my DE (Red Tango) to backup and let you start opposite of Wam Bam. Sit back and enjoy the show.

Offensive MVP: RB BoBo "Bus" Young - numbers would have been absurd if he/she was the feature back

Defensive MVP: DE Chris Boynkins - had a few sacks against lesser competition, but I'm pretty sure OC's took him into account when gameplanning

Jazz - I'm going to file tampering charges against you!
**Blaze DLine gang-rapes Jazz**
Owner of Blaze: "Nothing to see here... Move along, move along. So, Wam Bam, why don't we talk for a bit?"

At least, that's how I see it going down. -

you got to be kidding if you pick a HB pick either MY guy or Hannon, or the TD leader not the person in like 7th place or whatever.

Offensive- Rich WU!
Defensive- QueB Smasher!

ROTFL!

Do....not....know....what....you....are.....talking....about.
Just couldn't resist.
And now I'm going to go scurry behind my lineman and just hangout out with them for a bit.

Good luck in the playoffs.

And jayhop, I considered your HB as well as Young. Young is the starting HB on the #1 rushing team so that says something. Offensive MVP is extremely tough IMO.

Offensive - Rich Wu -- No one could find a way to stop/slow him down other than him riding the bench one game

Defensive -- Simon Fletcher -- Always have to gameplan around him, and even then he usually makes an impact.

Also, jayhop, you can't vote for QueB Smasher. No voting for your teammates. Gotta spread the love.

If you want to go by stats heres a few fun numbers.

Hoppe(lvl 38):
rushing - 8 yards per carry, 1 TD per 8.79 carries
receiving - 12.6 yards per catch, 9.6 avg YAC, 1 TD per 11 catches
8.28 yards per touch
11 Fumbles (1.9% of touches)

Young(lvl 35):
rushing - 9.4 yards per carry, 1 TD per 5.36 carries
receiving - 10.1 yards per catch, 13.9 avg YAC, 1 TD per 7.21 catches
9.58 yards per touch
5 Fumbles (1.5% of touches)

And because I am curious and voted for another HB here he is...
Hannon(lvl 31):
rushing - 10.3 yards per carry, 1 TD per 6.83 carries
receiving - 12.8 yards per catch, 11.3 avg YAC, 1 TD per 5.33 catches
10.46 yards per touch
5 Fumbles (1.2% of touches)

remove number of carries and yardage from the equation and both Young and Hannon are better players with the ball in their hands. And I think its only fair since you brought up level difference in the DE arguments that I point out that you were the highest level of the 3 I compared.

No, I am looking to find the best all around threat, and while your HB might have the most carries and/or yards he wasnt the biggest threat from the position. I added a few more stats like yards per touch and % of touches that resulted in a fumble, you lost in both categories.
