Probably end up an extra team from AA goes to AAA once the CPU teams get relegated from here.

It should ony affect the conferences with more than 2 teams that they need to relegate, the normal system will remove any dead weight at the bottom.
In Zeta conference Porto will drop to the bottom and be reset and the #15 team will get relegated to the AAA league and they will both be replaced by the conference champions from AAA#1 & AAA#2.

Which should then create 2 extra promotion slots from AA -> AAA to place the Reset CPU teams.
