I got a PM from a DC of mine today getting on me about getting my DE's confidence up... I never did anything to my top DE except let it manifest itself naturally, so why is this guy being all anal about it? Does confidence play that big of a role for a DE?

Don't worry about your confidence. If anything you can train it a little. What I would do if I were you though is focus all of your equipment on one attribute instead of spreading it out.
