I'll soon have 20 pts to mess with, 15 from boosting and 5 from a level. Speed and agility?

Agility to 48 first, and then get speed to 60, with agility following.

i would go the other way around as most te plays are stop and catch

He's already so close to softcapping it, I don't see why he wouldn't.
